Thomas Estate is located along Lekki-Epe Expressway, at a short distance after the Ajah fly-over bridge, with the Ajiwe police station notably in its front. It is an estimated 25 minutes drive from Victoria Island without traffic.

It’s a gated community with a security post at the entrance gate. It has a poorly maintained interlocked central road that links directly to the express. The estate has three different entrances. All three entrances can be accessed through the Lekki-Epe express. There’s also an alternative route linking directly to Ajah which will favour those heading towards the Badore axis by reducing time spent in traffic.
